Trash and Recycling Updates
Starting November 21, 2025, all residents must put out their trash bins on their concrete aprons by 7am Friday mornings. Starting in January 2026, recycling will be available and collected every other week. Recycling bins will be delivered in December with the first pickup January 3, 2026. Not sure what to recycle? Reminder! There is no parking on aprons or in alleys except for active unloading or loading. The HOA will ow vehicles parked in the alleys. Parking in the alleys could prevent emergency services from getting to your home or your neighbors home.
