HOA Dues paid between the 1st and 15th of each month at 5pm. Payments received after the deadline should include a $25 late fee per month. Dues are paid online, via SmartWebs.
If you're home has not yet been mitigated for aluminum wiring, check out the information here for the most cost effective solution to decrease the complex' insurance costs (your dues pay this).

Ensure your front patio light (not the porch light) and exterior garage lights are working (and not on a switch) - if you need a light bulb replaced or sensor help you can complete a Maintenance Request.
Join us for an HOA Board Meeting, we love having members of the community present to weigh in and this is a great way to meet and get to know your neighbors. Join Us the First (1st) Thursday of each month, in the clubhouse.

Recycling is coming to Woodcrest!
Starting in January 2026, Woodcrest will have recycling services. Trash is collected every week, and recycling every other week. Be sure to put your bins out by 7am on Fridays! Not sure what you can recycle? Check out this guide.
