Important Things to Remember When You Move To/Live In Woodcrest:
HOA Dues paid between the 1st and 15th of each month at 5pm. Payments received after the deadline should include a $25 late fee per month. Dues are paid online, via SmartWebs.
Make sure your Emergency Contact Form is completed (within one (1) month of move in/new renter) or Annually in the 4th Quarter.
If you're home has not yet been mitigated for aluminum wiring, check out the information here for the most cost effective solution to decrease the complex' insurance costs (your dues pay this).
Read through all of Woodcrest's Governing Documents and Rules & Regulations.
Ensure your front patio light (not the porch light) and exterior garage lights are working (and not on a switch) - if you need a light bulb replaced or sensor help you can complete a Maintenance Request.
Join us for an HOA Board Meeting, we love having members of the community present to weigh in and this is a great way to meet and get to know your neighbors. Join Us the First (1st) Thursday of each month, in the clubhouse.
