Jefferson County has changed it's reverse 911 system. The new system, Lookout Alerts, is a system that offers better notifications. Information from the old system, CODERED, should have transferred over, but it is a good idea to register with the new system just in case. More info: www.lookoutalert.co.
If you smell gas at or near your gas meter, that is not good. You may have a leak. You should not smell gas at all... even faint or minor smells are issues. If you suspect a gas leak, call Xcel Energy right away. 800-895-1999. Part of their service is to respond to, and fix, gas leaks. This service is no cost to you as the customer. More information can be found on Xcel Energy's website.

As we continue to repair our roofs, please let us know as soon as possible if there is standing water on the roofs. This is likely due to a clogged drain. As a reminder, homeowners are not allowed on the roof.

With an older complex, like ours, we strongly urge homeowners to carry a minimum of a $20,000 policy on their loss liability coverage attached to their homeowner's insurance. This type of insurance is usually inexpensive to have at $20-30 per year.
