Dues are to be paid on the 1st of the month and considered late on the 15th of the month after 5pm (even if they are postmarked prior to this date). The HOA does not send invoices or reminders for payments.
Late dues are assessed a $25 late fee per month and accounts that are more than 3 months late on dues may be subject to additional fines, fees, and even liens.
You can pay multiple months at a time, yearly, quarterly, or month by month. There is no discount for early payment.
If your payment is late and you remit your next payment, that payment will apply to the oldest balance on your account and you may be subject to additional late fees for balances that carry forward.
