CHANGES TO TRASH SERVICE 8/20/23
The trash service provider will be providing each unit with a 96-gallon cart. Once this is delivered, this will be the only trash can that is collected. All of your trash must go in the can, they will NOT collect anything outside of the can. For more information, please check your email and mailbox.

No Parking in Alleys!
Reminder! There is no parking on aprons or in alleys except for active unloading or loading. The HOA will ticket and possibly fine those that violate this rule. Parking in the alleys could prevent emergency services from getting to your home or your neighbors home.
DO NOT BLOCK FIRE HYDRANTS!
